Credit Card Shops at Nordstrom's Without Owner: Waukee Police Blotter

June 20

A vehicle driven by Tiffany Ketcham of 4910 153rd St., Urbandale, was westbound on Hickman Road. Police said a vehicle driven by Amanda Joubert of 420 S.E. Waco Place, Waukee, was northbound on Southeast Carefree Lane and turning left onto Hickman when it was struck by Joubert's vehicle. Damage was estimated at $2,000. Joubert was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway.

June 21

A vehicle driven by Matthew Ireland of 409 S. 11th St., Adel, was eastbound in the 700 block of Hickman Road when he stopped at a stop light at Hickman and Sixth Street. Police said a vehicle driven by John Trier of 31478 Puckerbrush Road, Adel, rear-ended Ireland's vehicle. Damage was estimated at $4,000. Trier was cited for failure to stop in an assured, clear distance.

Joshua Manning of Waukee reported a fraudulent use of a credit card. Police said the card was used to make online purchases at Nordstrom's.
