Traffic Stop Leads to Drug, Alcohol Arrests: Waukee Police Reports

Steven Peterson, 18, of 3320 Patricia Drive, Urbandale, was arrested at the 100 block of Laurel Street and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Police stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of Laurel Street for a traffic violation and ended up charging three people with drug and alcohol offenses. Jordan Hibner, 20, of 210 S.E. Pleasantview Drive, Ankeny, was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol and interference with official acts for reportedly giving false information to officers. Two 17-year-olds from Waukee who were in the vehicle were charged with possession of a controlled substance and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
