Arrest Made for Third OWI, Drugs: Waukee Police Reports

Also, a driver was cited for allegedly causing a car accident. Check out today's Waukee police reports.

June 15
Charmaine Dallman, 34, of 631 S. 17th St., Fort Dodge, was arrested at the intersection of Warrior Lane, Ashworth Drive and Northview Drive. Dallman was charged with third-offense OWI and possession of drug paraphernalia and cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.

June 16

A vehicle driven by Joyce Kalisek of 14425 University Ave., Waukee, was westbound in the 14000 block of Southeast University Avenue when it slowed so Kalisek could turn right. Her vehicle was reportedly struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Christopher Larson of 1204 S. 50th Place, West Des Moines. Damage was estimated at $4,000. Larson was cited for failure to stop within an assured, clear distance.

A vehicle driven by Richard Cohenour of 240 Waukee Ave., Waukee, was westbound on Southeast Laurel Street when a vehicle driven by Gene McCain of 1307 S.E. University Ave., Waukee, was southbound on Southeast Carefree Lane. Police said McCain drove through a stop sign and his vehicle struck Cohenour's vehicle. Damage was estimated at $4,000.
