About Jody
I'm a freelance writer and stay-at-home mom living in West Des Moines.
I graduated from Drake University and have worked for The Des Moines Register, The Indianapolis Star and, most recently, Waukee Patch where I was the local editor from Aug. 2011 until Nov. 2012.
When I'm not chasing after my kids, I love to read, travel, eat great food and indulge in cheesy reality TV and horror movies.
