American Cancer Society's Relay for Life to Hold Rally Tonight in Waukee

There will be a rally tonight at the Waukee Public Library for those people interested in participating in the 2012 American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

The Southern Dallas County Relay for Life contingent will host the rally at the Waukee Public Library tonight at 5:30 p.m. Interested participants can learn more about the Relay and also pick up team packets for the event at that time.

The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life is an overnight fundraiser that raises money for people touched by cancer. The event hosts teams who camp out overnight, and take turns walking around the track.

This year's event will be held at Waukee Stadium on June 2, 2012 beginning at 12:00 p.m.
