Free Back-to-School Screenings and Sports Physicals Offered July 15
The Back-to-School Health Fair will be held at Westview Church in Waukee and is organized by Waukee Area Christian Services.
From a News Release:
On Monday, July 15, several organizations are teaming up with the Waukee Area Christian Services for a Back-to-School Health Fair.
The fair will provide school and sports physicals, immunizations, dental and vision screenings, lead testing and other community services/information to children in kindergarten through 12th grade.
There is no charge for the screenings or other services, organizers said.

The health fair will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. in the lower level of Westview Church, located at 1155 S.E. Boone Drive, Waukee.
