Bad Weather Prompts Rescheduling Central Iowa High School Track Meet to Monday
The Central Iowa Conference track meet scheduled for today has been moved to Monday due to the expected winter weather conditions.
The Central Iowa Conference has called off a multi-school track meet that was supposed to be held at Waukee High School at 3:30 today due to expected wintry weather conditions.
The forecast calls for a high of 35 degrees today and 3 to 5 inches of snow.

The meet featured boys and girls varsity squads from 11 conference schools from across the Des Moines metro and beyond. The schools are Ames, Ankeny, Dowling Catholic, Fort Dodge, Johnston, Marshalltown, Mason City, Southeast Polk, Urbandale and West Des Moines Valley.
The meet will be moved to Monday at 3:30 p.m.

CIML’s Metro Conference from Thursday to Monday. That meet will be held at East’s Williams Stadium starting at 4 p.m.
