Homecoming Events Continue Today With a Parade, Pep Rally and Coronation

If ever there was an event that really showcases what Homecoming is all about, it would be the game, of course. The parade and coronation would come a close second.

We are inching ever-that-much-closer to tomorrow night's big Homecoming game against Des Moines Roosevelt. Aren't you excited, Waukee?

Well, I am and honestly, you should be too.

Start by getting into the spirit of today's dress-up theme. It's "Go Together Day" were students, teachers and other staff are dressing up as their favorite pairing ala Brad and Angelina, peanut butter and jelly or Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan (or Barack Obama and Joe Biden if you swing the other direction.)
