Driver in Crash Charged Two Hours Later for Public Intoxication: Waukee Police Reports

Aug. 10

A vehicle driven by Jodilynne Stoker, 24, of 1956 Wyngate Drive, Ames, was northbound in the 400 block of Sixth Street and became distracted. Stoker's vehicle went over a curb and struck a light pole and flower pot on a sidewalk. Vehicle damage was estimated at $5,000. Damage to the light pole and flower pot was estimated at $5,000. Stoker was cited for failure to maintain control and no proof of insurance. About two hours later, Stoker was arrested in the 400 block of Sixth Street and charged with public intoxication.

Aug. 11

Michele Bolton, 40, of 190 Gray Ave., Waukee, was arrested in the 100 block of Gray Avenue and charged with domestic assault.
