Buying and Selling Homes in Waukee: Current Real Estate Statistics

There's no place in the Des Moines metro like Waukee. Current statistics show that the real estate market here is strong.

As a Realtor, I take an intimate look at homes and neighborhoods throughout central Iowa. Clearly, the greater Des Moines area has many fantastic areas that offer strong schools, safe streets, arts, culture and more. But the community I choose to call home, and where I am raising my child, is Waukee.

Waukee is a thriving western suburb boasting one of the best school systems in the state, a growing business sector, parks, trails, easy access to the rest of the metro, a strong housing market with family-friendly neighborhoods, and so much more. And, it’s only going to get better. A lot is in store for Waukee with the Alice’s Road development.
