Happy Memorial Day, Waukee!
What do you have planned for your day off? Me, well, my kids are hoping it's hot enough to get the plastic pool out. I can't wait until tonight when I get to partake in a nice, big, juicy steak straight off the grill. It's the little things.
Of course, I haven't forgotten the meaning of this day. My grandfather, a WWII veteran of the Navy, recently passed away and he will most definitely be on my mind today.

As far as weather, it's going to be a fantastic day. The National Weather Service has forecasted mostly cloudy skies with a high near 85. Tonight, mostly clear with a low around 54.
