Learn and practice techniques to be a stronger and more secure female. Waukee Police Officer Mackenzie Sposeto helps females learn to make good decisions in stressful or threatening situations. This is a great class for friends, families and small groups. Females 12 and up are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing. Tuition is $15. register through the Waukee Community Education website.
