Need to get your child's sports or school physical updated, but don't have time during regular business hours? Mercy Waukee Family Practice Clinic is offering two extended-hour specials to get your kid's ready for the upcoming school year and sports season.
We will go through each child's medical history, perform a complete exam, offer any immunizations that need updating, and fill out the school form.
Cost varies per patient. Insurance is accepted.
