How Do Real Estate Agents Respond When Put to the Test?
I stumbled on a really interesting blog today that I wanted to share. It is from 2010 but still very relevant.
Jonnie Wright writes a blog called "The (Un) Secret Shopper" here locally in the Des Moines area. In this particular writing Jonnie decided to "shop" real estate agents at open houses on Sunday. He had a series of questions to ask all of them, and then rated them on a number of different factors to determine where they fall on his rating scale from "Horrific" to "Stellar"
Pay particular attention to the houses he visited listed by Next Generation, who gets my vote for the worst company you can list with. You will learn why in more detail after reading this.
This blog is a good one for all agents to read as it reminds us that some of the stereotypes about this profession is true. We have to do a lot to overcome some of the more negative types who sell homes for a living.
