Zinnias, Petunias and Impatiens, oh my! With the arrival of spring, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa (BBBSCI) is happy to announce our first annual Plant Sale fundraiser.

We are a donor-supported volunteer organization, providing one-to-one mentoring services to vulnerable children throughout Central Iowa. Today our organization impacts over 1,100 children through our Community-Based and School-Based Programs. Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting BBBSCI’s life-changing mentoring programs.

Plants make great gifts, especially Mother’s Day gifts (May 13!). Put an end to delaying that landscaping project, and check out our plant selection.

We have an awesome variety of plants to selection from: annual bedding plants, hanging baskets, tomatoes and peppers, patio planter kits, specialty items, gardens to go, and more! 

How to Place Orders:

Order your selection online at www.bbbsiaplantsale.org through April 27 -- how convenient!

Plants will be ready for pick-up on Friday, May 11 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, May 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We have three pick-up locations: the Clive BBBSCI Office, the Story County BBBSCI Office, and the Newton Hy-Vee. Free delivery is available for all orders over $150 within a 10 mile radius of pick-up locations.
