Weird crime, weird kids, weird dogs, weird Iowa.
Let's start right out of the blocks with a couple of weird videos.
The first is from Marion Patch, where the man who goes by the name "TheSlamPoet1985" decided to hold a funeral, of sorts, mourning the loss of the now closed — and his always beloved — Hardee's. Click here for the video.

In the weird crime department, we go to -- where else? -- Iowa City. Police say a mother-daughter crime team worked together to steal merchandise from the local Hy-Vee Drugstore for more than a year. How'd they do it? You could say it was a pushover. See what they're accused of by clicking here.
