Waukee police arrested a man last week for allegedly possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Around 3 p.m. on the afternoon of July 29, police responded to a report of a man smoking marijuana at a home in the 100 block of Southeast Mapleleaf Lane.
When police arrived, they discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the residence. When asked who the drugs belonged to, Robert Marshall, 28, of Waukee admitted they belonged to him.
Marshall was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked in the Dallas County Jail on $6,500 bond.
