Chop's Old Bank Wins Patch's "Best Place to Watch the Game" Contest
They came from behind this week but Chop's Old Bank is the winner of Patch's "Best Place to Watch the Game" contest.
In a last minute push, fans of Chop's Old Bank on Waukee's historic downtown Triangle pulled out a win in Patch's "Best Place to Watch the Game" contest.
Chop's beat out four other bars - Mickey's Irish Pub, Legacy Sports Bar & Grill, Kenny's Pub and SideTrack Pub - to take the crown with 28 votes overall. Mickey's Irish Pub was in second place with 21 votes.
The win comes just in time for folks to watch March Madness this weekend when Kentucky, Louisville, Kansas and Ohio State duke it out in the Final Four of the NCAA Basketball Tournament.
