Donate Used Luggage to Homeless Families
Travel and Transport Vacations is collecting gently-used luggage from April 26 to May 25 at its office at 2955 100th St. in Urbandale.
The luggage will be donated to various family shelters in the Des Moines area. There familys often have to leave their home with their belongings stuffed in a black trash bag.
The effort is part of Pay It Forward Day.
